Yes, I've seen a fair bit of that show! I'm guessing you're referring to Gloria.

It's actually a good example of how we view women in those kinds of relationships. It's easy for characters, and the viewer, to feel suspicious of Gloria's motives.

But Jay isn't really scrutinized the same way--despite the fact that he is with an incredibly gorgeous woman who's half his age.

But I do love that the show humanizes them both. They're honestly my favourite characters.
